2018 Law Enforcement Torch Run goes through Innisfil and Bradford Thursday (jun 7).

This year, South Simcoe Police Chief Andrew Fletcher is Chair of the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police Torch Run Committee.


South Simcoe Police runners and along with Special Olympians will be stopping at 17 schools starting at Nantyr Shores Secondary School in Alcona in the morning.

They will finish up at Marie of the Incarnation Catholic School in Bradford in the afternoon:

      8:30 a.m. depart North Division
      8:45 a.m. Nantyr Shores Secondary School
      9:20 a.m. Lake Simcoe Public School
      9:40 a.m. Goodfellow Public School
      10:05 a.m. Sunnybrae Public School
      10:15 a.m. break North Division
      10:30 Innisfil Central Public School
      10:45 Killarney Beach Public School
      11:20 Cookstown Central Public School
      11:55 W.H. Day Elementary School
      12:10 St. Jean de Brebeuf Catholic School
      12:25 break South Division
      12:30 p.m. Holy Trinity High School
      12:45 p.m. Chris Hadfield Public School
      12:55 p.m. passing of Torch to St. Angela Merici students
      1:20 p.m. Bradford District High School
      1:35 p.m. Fieldcrest Elementary School
      1:50 p.m. Mother Teresa Catholic School
      2:10 p.m. Fred C. Cook Public School
      2:20 Command Post
