WILSON HITS THE HUSTINGS
5/11/2018 12:12:51 PM

Simcoe-Grey PC Candidate Jim Wilson kicked off his re-election campaign this week.

He hammered in his first lawn signs at designated locations throughout the riding to launch his campaign.

While in Alliston putting a sign on the lawn of Jim and Mary-Lou Hunter myFM caught up with Wilson.

He says the number one issue in this area is healthcare, more specifically, the potential redevelopment of Stevenson Memorial Hospital.

Back in February the Liberals did pledge $500,000 in grant money for Stevenson Memorial to identify programs and service improvements and capital infrastructure developments.

Wilson says, so far, the hospital has yet to see a dime of that money.

Provincial election day is June 7
